Description
New ultrasound cavitational technology of cleaning is highly efficient in solid and adipose dirt removal from cloth that provides disinfection of cloth and used cleaning agent.
The given technology is less costly and more environmentally friendly thanks to fewer necessary chemical washing materials used during cleaning.
The technology does not require hashing during washing that excludes any probability of damage of the most openwork items and thinnest clothes.
During the wash piezoelectric drive-emitter with a developed radiant surface creates a double-mode ultrasound cavitation.
Micro pictures of virgin sample of coarse calico (pic. 1) and those after 30 cycles of cavitational cleaning (рiс. 2) indicate fiber structure preservation within its slight level of swelling.
Sample of cambric (pic. 3) has swelled in a minor extent after 30 cycles of cavitational cleaning (pic. 4), therefore its solidity has diminished slightly.
