Description
Contact water heater CWH is designed for self-contained heat networks as a heat regenerating appliance. CWN is a thermal exchange appliance of flowing type, which heats water directly with natural gas derived from burned fuel.
Contact water heater is a small size appliance with high efficiency of open-type heat exchange. It efficiently cools down the combustion gas providing its low temperature on the exit. Combustion gases leaving the contact appliances have a lower temperature than the dew point. Herewith, partial water-steam condensation takes place, formed by oxidation of fuel hydrogen. Thus, considerable quantity of heat is produced. In this matter, contact water heater coefficient of efficiency calculated by fuel lower calorific value may exceed 100%.
