Description
Gas and steam turbine system «Aquarius» is assigned for highly-efficient simultaneous generation of thermal and electrical energy on energy-generating facilities of living and manufacturing complexes. The “Aquarius” system could also be used for gas transmission appliances at a compressor plants of gas transporting system.
“Aquarius” gas and steam turbine has a high thermo-dynamical efficiency (Coefficient of efficiency within ISO requirements is around 45%) and a low NOX and CO2 emissions (NOХ emissions are 2.5 times lower than usually applied world wide, CО2 emissions are 21% lower). “Aquarius” produces a 30-35 % lower natural gas consumption per one electric or thermal energy unit than other gas and steam turbine systems. In case, the system is used for gas transmission, it uses 1500 м3 of gas per hour less using a 16 megawatt system.
